The following video is as truthful as it can get. And I sense that there are people in the Cell still struggling in this sensitive area of lust. There is hope people. Look to GOD not your weakness or yourself. Take some time off or break and watch this very very important 30mins video after which we will discuss this in Cell- Guy to Guy talk.

Reigniting THIS BLOG

HI my fellow Brothers and Sisters,

Please Reignite this Blog , do make full use of this Blog to encourage one another.

Anyway, I have thought through and our cell statement will be from the two most important commandments in the bible that is first loving God and loving Men. And thus our Cell statement will be 'loving God first and loving his people with a heart of passion given by him.'

Exams period is here and I know that most of us here are mugging hard. Let us truly enjoy what we have been tasked to do; Study and thereafter getting a result that will glorify him.

Keep praying and I am very very encourage about the work of God working in the majority of the cell. I have sense a greater sensitivity to SIN among you and a love for the things of God. Let us not be contented but continue pressing on in this race till we receive the Crown.

I have compiled a few short message Jam from some of the best preacher around, please take a look alright?

Ps: GO that extra mile for Christ because he is worthy

Happy 1 week Holiday

Hello my brother and sisters,

I understand that most of you are having your 1 week term break, please take this chance to recharge yourself spiritually and mentally for the next last half of the semster. I understand that for some of you the major examination are almost here and I wish you the best for it! Do well for the glory of God! As for me I am in my 5th week of semester and my common test is coming in 2 weeks time followed by exams in the 16th week. Time is fast in the university and though I mentally drain, I know all these things will come to pass and that I have to put God first in everything. Anyway here is a good source of many paul washer free downloadable latest message for download in your hand phone

Time goes by so fast

Hello my beloved brothers and sisters in Christ. Wow, time really goes by so quickly. The bible speaks about time passing like a vapor. Before you know it, it passes. So my brothers and sisters knowing that time is fleeting, seize every opportunity to do good, in and through God. I must say that the past 2 weeks have been a very hectic week for me with my university commencement. Projects and assignments seems to be flooding me. In the midst of it, I know that God is still faithful and that I have to constantly remind myself that though I am in the midst of all this busyness, I must never allow it to consume me. I like to pray also for you that you live above all your busyness and enjoy God wherever you are. Let us been a cell that focuses on God and not on self because Christ is the author and perfect-or of our faith. We always look to him in everything- in our joy, pain and struggles. Feed our appetite on the things of God through praying, fellow shipping, devotion, reading, memorizing and meditating on his words, communing with him etc. We know that our spirit is constantly on battle with the flesh, therefore let us constantly feed the spirit above the flesh. If we seriously persevere it through, be sure that there will be evidence of genuine fruits in your life. We can only do all these through God who have given a new nature and a new appetite therefore now, we begin to hate the things that he hate and love the things that he love. Let that be our Heart-cry my beloved brothers and sisters.

PS: Indeed everything outside of God is vanity, let us then find joy, fulfillment and meaning in glorying with God in everything!

In despair, In darkness
Your face is the only thing I see
I see your light dawn upon me
A guiding light to my refuge

When lost or in the pits
Your warm hand reaches out to me
Pulling me away from sin and fear
I seek your loving grace

Up to the stars i look
your mercy falls on me
I long for you to draw near to me
with every step through this earth

Your promises never fail
though i doubt you at times
youll never let go of me
bringing me on a magical ride

you lifted my chin
and told me i was yours alone
i felt my heart race to heaven
as i danced in adoration

even when i fail and sin
you never gave up on me
you picked me back from the lowest
but you didnt have to

a light you are in our lives
cell4christ will stand for you
through all we have gone through,
we live to testify and lift you high

Thoughts on the Cell

It gives me great amount of pleasure and joy to see the majority of the Cell people growing in love for the cell. I cannot emphasize enough on the need of keeping this cell community strong and together with God's love. Be assured that there will be difficult situation, trying period or even pressing moments when you feel like giving up but let the word of God speaks to you that, we ought to rejoice in all trials because all these things are essential in building our Character and love for one another. I say my brother and sister keep praying, keep showing love with the little action you do and keep in God's word and presence, and all of us will one day see true unity and true love for another. It may take months it may take years, however be sure that when we keep sowing Godliness and love, we will one day see the great reaping of it. Because the bible says we reap what we sow. And always remember that transformation is not an event, but a process to be undertaken through trials and pain. And for transformation to happen, confrontation must come with love by our brother and sister, when we are in the face of our weaknesses. I would encourage you guys to share your thoughts on this blog freely so that all of us can also reflect on things that need to be done or perspective that needs to be change. God is most glorified when we are most satisfied in him!

Surrendering daily with you for the glory of God

Jason

2ND AUGUST CELL

Hello my brother and sister in Christ. There are so many things on my heart that I want to express. I have received many feedbacks on the Cell regarding its effectiveness and unity. And frankly speaking as much as there are a handful of people that are really passionate about God and desire a good fellowshipping session, there are still a few people in the cell that are very disruptive. On this, this coming Sunday will be a reflective one. A very transparent one. We will be spending the cell time reflecting on how the cell can be true Godly cell where everyone can cooperate as one. I trust that many of the cell members are matured, however there are still some that are easily distracted. On this, this Sunday I will be very open on my thoughts and the desire for the Cell. Because leading a 20 strong cell with people of divided vision and maturity is not going to see this Cell end goal of Glorifying God. If this persist, this might lead me in splitting the cell (Which I would hate to do). I really really appreciate those whom have highlighted their concern for their Cell and gave very constructive feedback on it. So for this Sunday, we are going to discuss on the conduct of the cell, the future of the cell and reflecting on how it should be going. So the programme for this Sunday Cell will be:

(1) My Address towards the Cell
(2) A time of Worship (I will be leading)
(3) Recap on last week Soul Winning Series
(4) Reflection and heart to heart talk on vital issues

Please please keep this Cell and everyone in prayer, because a cell that does not grow shows that the unity is either broken or people has divided vision.

Please ponder on the following verse because I think it has a great connection on who are the true disciple of our Lord Jesus:
13
7 8 "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and those who enter through it are many.
14
How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life. And those who find it are few.
15
9 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but underneath are ravenous wolves.
16
By their fruits you will know them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
17
Just so, every good tree bears good fruit, and a rotten tree bears bad fruit.
18
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a rotten tree bear good fruit.
19
Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.
20
So by their fruits you will know them.
21
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, 10 but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.
22
Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? Did we not drive out demons in your name? Did we not do mighty deeds in your name?'
23
Then I will declare to them solemnly, 'I never knew you. 11 Depart from me, you evildoers.'
24
12 "Everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.
25
The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and buffeted the house. But it did not collapse; it had been set solidly on rock.
26
And everyone who listens to these words of mine but does not act on them will be like a fool who built his house on sand.
27
The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and buffeted the house. And it collapsed and was completely ruined."
28
13 When Jesus finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his teaching,
29
14 for he taught them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.

Another MUST SEE VIDEO that literally changes my life ly 10 minutes :)

This video is just so true, don't you agree? I mean even for myself, I tend to compromise. I think what is required is the grace of God and that God give me the desire to become more and more like Christ. Can a believer sin? Absolutely. Can a believer fall into repeated sin? Absolutely. Can a believer fall into sin repeatly and not be change for a extended period of time? Absolutely not. Why? Because it is impossible to claim to be God's children and not be change. Because a loving father always chastises and bring his children back to the right path until they learn to obey. Now I see that my compromise is just hurting God and it is just not worth it to settle anything less than God. So let us really ponder on it, has the holy spirit convicted us on anything that has possibly become an Idol? Sports?TV?Movies?Approval of man?Grades? Anything outside of Christ just do not satisfy. Lets us indeed run away from everything and anything that entangeth us and seek after righteousness, peace and love. Why? Because God is worthy of our worship and adoration and he is a holy God! We will be set apart from the world and run after him daily and as a cell that love Christ. What a joy it is anticipating for Christ return and his coming glory :) Press on my fellow brother and sister!

Important Annoucement for (26/07/09)

Hi my beloved family in Christ,

Next week we are going to celebrate Basil and Emmanuel Birthday. So be prepared to stay back awhile more for a cake ceremony (haha). And on that day we are going to kick start the cell role so, Basil and Jeffrey you will be on for worship and prayer respectively according to the scheldule. For the all the discipline personnel please rise up, it is your chance now to exercise your authority to ensure those noisy one (you should know who you are) to keep quiet at the appropriate time. Yes you guys may be very excited about cell, but please keep your volume down as this will hinder other people from learning and focusing on the sharing. I will call most people up during the evening next week to catch up on your spiritual walk with God and to brief you on your individual roles.

Brotherly Love,

Jason

Prayer of Detachment

I chanced upon this awesome and wonderful prayer quite a few years back and I wish to share it with you guys. I hope that this will be the heartcry prayer of our heart.

PRAYER of DETACHMENT

Deliver me, O Jesus

from the desire of being loved,
from the desire of being extolled,
from the desire of being praised,
from the desire of being preferred,
from the desire of being consulted,
from the desire of being approved,
from the desire of being popular.
from the desire of seeing immediate results.

Deliver me, O Jesus from the fear of being humiliated,

from the fear of being despised,
from the fear of suffering rebukes,
from the fear of being forgotten,
from the fear of being wronged,
from the fear of being ridiculed,
from the fear that others may be loved more than I.

Jesus, grant me the grace to desire

that others may be esteemed more than I,
that in the opinion of the world,
others may increase and I may decrease,
that others may be chosen and I set aside,
that others may be praised and I unnoticed,
that others may become holier than I,
provided that I may become as holy as I should.

~ St. John of the Cross (1542 – 1591)

Paul washer Shocking Sermons

Hi guys, remember the other time I was mentioning about my favorite preacher, who was a missionary to the 3rd world country but came to America to preach the true gospel? This is it, the message he preached that literally shock me to life and shock 5000 youth to life, I praise God for him. Though his message is hard and blatant, I see where he is coming from. We are certainly living a Christian life that is too comfortable and non-God glorifying. I urge you guys to view this sermons and maybe we can have a good sharing on it.
Praise God!

Jason

Welcome to cell4christ

Hello my dearest brother and sister in christ. Finally I manage to get this blog starting! Anyway praise God for the awesome privilege of technology. I sincerely hope that my fellow brother and sister especially those in my cell, is able to fully utilise this blog for the encouragement of one another and above all glorifying God. I strongly encourage all of us to participate in the blogging not just for some vain exercise you do, but for edifying one another in our spiritual walk in Christ. And I implore you my cell to please always remember the vision our cell 2 Tim 2:22 'So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.' Let this verse be a heartcry in our heart, that we seek to run away and turn away from all the evil passion from our old-self and sinful nature, that we pursue the things of Christ with all our heart, mind and soul, together with our fellow brothers and sisters. God has put in us a new nature, a nature that loves to glorify Christ, a nature that loves to do his will and above all a nature that love others (and yes even our enemies) as ourself. Once again I thank God for the great honor to serve alongside my cell. And my greatest desire is to see all of us grow into the conformity of Christ.

With Brotherly Love
